Bought the wrong item; customer support is impossible to get hold of
Bought the wrong item, so returned this. The return process is cumbersome. I finally managed to return it to a DHL point, but they seem to have lost it. It's impossible to get hold of Media Markt's customer service. Their phone line doesn't give you an option to speak to someone (it's a glorified answering machine), their contact form pushes you to FAQs instead of an actual form and their Online chat is very slow. So if you want decent customer service for when things go wrong, do not shop here.

Old phone sold for new
I ordered a new phone from their website. The phone was sold by one of their partners. After the screen stopped working, the phone turned out not to be new. There was absolutely no support from MM to make their partners refundto me the amount nor substitute the phone. Be careful when you buy items from their online platform, it gives you a fake feeling of trust but they do not even know who is using their platform to sale items.
