We always enjoy shopping at MediaMarkt in Rijswijk because they have a great selection of products and consistently friendly staff. On our recent visit, we were looking for a pair of headphones for our son. The staff member who helped us to choose the item was very helpful. It was a very positive shopping experience.

I received a product that makes noise! When I called customer service they said no exchange possible. Return via pick up also not possible for a heavy item. So you sell and then close all the doors for return or exchange. I paid full price for a defective item and forced to keep it? Great Service!
