If your the mother of the bride or groom don’t buy here. Every model looks like she is going to prom. The dresses are made for tall skinny young ladies and most are very revealing. Not to mention you don’t get your money back. Sad I didn’t pay attention to the return policy.

Great Customer Service and a Great Dress!
I absolutely love the personal attention from the very helpful young ladies who work at Mia Bella. I’ve bought two gowns from them now and felt like I was so important to them each time. I love their system of trying on the gowns where they keep them outside and hand them to you one at a time from the side opening and then zip them up so when you come out the front of the dressing room, you’re ready to show off the dress. I live about 40 minutes away and tried about 7 other stores and still came back to Mia Bella and bought my gown. So pleased with the selection, ease of ordering, pricing, and quick shipping. Hopefully I’ll have another chance to return, because I love buying gowns!

not helpfull to my sister at all, she showed pictures of dress she had seen just to be told it was last season didn't offer 2 help look for similar. when asked if she could help her with choosing a colour she said no. we came away today very disappointed.

Really miss their Scottsdale store - such fun shopping in person! - but the online selection is amazing and staff has been fantastic about responding to questions via email. They've shipped my online dress purchases quickly and securely. Looking forward to buying another from them soon!
