If I could give no stars, I would. First email received saying it was shipped. Track n trace says they never received it. When I emailed, they wanted me to provide the shipping details to put another trace on it. When I complained, said will send new. Then it was sold out. Asked for an alternative to which I gave both screenshots and wrote in the email. Now another question. More than 2 weeks - nothing but email.
Hoesje past perfect en is echt super leuk, er was ook een snelle verzending!!
Na week nog geen levering en geen contact mee te krijgen via contactformulier of mail.
