Clean, decent selection, expensive
Mitsuwa in Honolulu is very clean, tidy and has a nice selection of products from Japan. I love their live tuna filleting demo that I got to see once. On the downside, and it's a big one: it's very expensive. For example: Almost 25 bucks for a small box of sushi. The other downside, a smaller one, is that it's a small market, so it doesn't feel particularly grand and roomy.
