I have never received my gloves and MMA Warehouse are refusing to fix the problem. No refund nor a replacement. MMA Warehouse have proven it self to be a Horrible company.
USPS indicated the package was delivered to a parcel locker at the customer's shipping address. However after the package could ultimately not be located, the customer was issued store credit. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Order a gi for my birthday and payment was deducted from my card. Got an email 2 days later, order confirmed and shipped. After few days logged in to check and without any confirmation the order was cancelled and credited..... will buy elsewhere and NOT recommended, lousy customer support if you don't inform customer an order is cancelled without reason.
We do review suspicious orders and sorry that you were not notified that the order was cancelled, you definitely should have been.
This company is a scam! I have never received my order # 133982! They talk about contacting customs ... what customs? Then they speak of london, while I am in belgium ?? No phone numbers, nothing! Bands of hustlers ATTENTION ARNAQUE! J'AI JAMAIS RIEN REçU!!!
The package was delivered to the customer in Belgium on 6/20. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to each package once they enter a country's customs, but usually issues like this are rare and end up resolving. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I'm drawn to your site every time even though there are many other shopping sites offering similar merchandise. Areas for Improvement: You could offer more information on sizing. I notice size information is absent for some merchandise. It would be nice if you could offer some history or background on the brands you carry (eg. Who's the designer, what's his inspiration for his designs, etc.)
