Toled them i put wrong address and they toled me they changed it and after a week and a half of waiting whiti thought was because the change i was toled they didn’t change the address and i had to argue with fedex and wait for another week
Sean was initially sympathetic to my order issue, a routine return, but rapidly stopped responding. He promised help and assistance to my order and then ghosted me for over a week. It seemed like he enjoyed leading me on when I just wanted to return the product. I had to contact the company Instagram page to have the return finally processed after I had already shipped the order back to the company. Would not recommend dealing with him for anyone having an issue with an order. Edit after company’s reply: I was a helpful customer, providing every possible order number, screenshot, and receipt for this process. The company’s uniquely convoluted return process had me jumping through hoops and waiting days more instead of just sending the product back with a prepaid shipping label via email like 95% of companies do. Occam’s razor applies here. I did eventually receive my refund in full, but had to pay shipping since I didn’t follow their process. The support team response time of “just a few hours” was highly inaccurate. I often went days between responses until it became over a week, which is when I contacted their Instagram. They were very helpful, so I’ve raised the rating to 2 stars.
Hi Jordan, sorry this took longer than it should have. For clarity on how it ended: your refund was issued in full. The delay happened because the gloves came back outside our return process - without the return authorization and tracking number the process creates - so for several days we couldn't verify a package was on its way to us, and that stalled things. Once it arrived, we processed the refund. Our communication while we were trying to locate the shipment should have been better, and that part is on us. If anything on this order is still unresolved, email us directly at [email protected] and we'll handle it.
Slow delivery. Missing item.

We checked with the warehouse and your mouthguard was in the box when it left - we have a photo of the packed order - but the package got damaged in transit, and that's not something you should have to sort out with anyone. A replacement is already on its way to you at no charge; the carrier claim is ours to handle, not yours. If it doesn't arrive or anything else is off with the order, email us and we'll make it right.

I ordered a pair of twins special gloves and they had a slight defect in them. Shawn from MMA warehouse went anove and beyond and sent a replacement as soon as I let him know about the defect. Would recommend this company to anyone! Great guys.

As i inadvertently left out my unit no. as part of my delivery address, #MMAWarehouse had shifted responsibility to shipper. I checked with DHL the shipper and they said they will never destroy items/parcels unless the sender (seller) had given permission. I also made checks with my local delivery agent, SingPost. In my last email with MMAWarehouse, this is the reply the staff gave and disclaimed all responsibility: "SingPost may have given the package back to #DHL to return to sender, however, they would have nothing further to do with the package. The DHL tracking for this package indicates that they destroyed the package in lieu of returning it to our facility. Once again, this issue was caused by the incomplete/incorrect address that you provided us. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered to the address we are given, or if the item is refused or unclaimed. It is only as a courtesy that I am offering to split the cost with you. Please remember that we can only ship to the address that we are provided and cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer." When the MMAWarehouse staff said "split the cost" between seller and buyer, it is not US$10, but US$224!! Shouldn't MMAWarehouse check why was the item, a set of US$224 #Hypnotik Notorious Gi, destroyed?
I am a uk buyer. Purchased 5 t shirts all 5 were top quality and a good fit i have no problems with the goods but was charged $22 for deliver when purchasing then goods went to a royal mail office and i had to pay a further £18 in tax and handling. So i personal won't use them again.
Told me my fight cash expired, not so great customer service when I went to use it to buy something.and basically told me your loss BS.
