Went to order a game, pay 1. Due to many fraud cases we need to verify you as the rightful owner of the used payment account before completing your order. In order to do so, we need the following documents: - a picture of the payment account owner's valid ID/passport - a picture of the payment account owner, holding the ID/passport next to their face. Went to perform a refund - conversation went for couple days - finally received confirmation of a refund - you need to wait 7-10 days for your money. After 7 days - nothing. Don't trust them - this platform is not working as it should

That is not acceptable when ordering a game for 30€. When opening a bank account, this is understandable, when ordering a video game, it is not. Please refund the full amount back to my card.

It's been more than 48 hours that I am waiting for my order 100e PSN ( order 130034023 ) No delivery, No reply to my email, No support, the send a call verification email that's not even working. I think I have been scammed. If I not update this review it means that I had never received anything.

Made an order on 03.09.2025, order is still in Payment Check. (said order takes 1-24 h to process)Tried contacting through support and via e-mail. But no response to this date 12.09.2025.. so i tried purchase refund... still nothing.. Edit: finally after 20 days the product was delivered.

It seems, that this website operates as a marketplace and your experience will be based off of a specific seller you interact with. I purchased a steam game bundle key and there were no delays or roadblocks along the way. The delivery was instant and the key was working, but once again the experience will be different for everyone.
Delayed order delivery and no response on query
Recently purchased key codes for PSN cards on 28 April 25. They asked to verify identification by email which I did on same day. After numerous emails to enquire about when my codes will be delivered, none of my emails were taken cared of. I check the review scores online and found out that they recently got bad reviews but they advertise on their website being a 5 star on Trustpilot. I was not comfortable with this, I ultimately sent an email to say that I was going to apply for a chargeback in order to recover my funds. They did not reply.. Then on 05th May 25, they delivered the codes to me.. Not great, they used to deliver the codes on same day or latest the following day.. Customer service is really bad..
