Problem resolved quickly by MochaHost
As always, you guys are the best. One of my domains was shut down (rightfully so) because I deleted an existing email account for that domain. They put a hold on the domain until they could verify that it was me. That is good security, and I am thankful for that. I have only called support a few times in the last 15 years - every time they take care of the issue quickly. Thanks Again

The service was fast and easy. I did not have to wade through automated question logic or FAQs. And they did not give me any push back on my request.
I'm leaving Mochahost due to the price…
I'm leaving Mochahost due to the price increase. They were good, but out priced themselves. They share the same control panel with my new service, which is great! Never had a problem, with the service or the site.

The whole team was great, especially Wilis V., who was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick to help with my technical needs. I greatly appreciated the care and patience with which they handled my support ticket.
1st class customer support
It's very rare that I need to contact customer support but when I do, I know their response will be quick. I raised a ticket today to confirm if .NET 10 runtime was installed on my VPS server. Their initial (human) response took about 30 seconds, confirming that they had handed my request to their technical team. Two minutes later, I received confirmation. I have been a customer of Mochahost since 2020 and you would have to beat this level of support for me to move to another provider.
I needed help with changing the php…
I needed help with changing the php version of our site, everytime I did it myself our site crashed so I reached out to their support. I couldn't be happier with their rapid and effective response. Our site was upgraded nearly immediately and now working flawlessly. Thank you MochaHost support!!

Mochahost is efficient
Mochahost is efficient, friendly, and 1000% reliable. Support, service are top notch, remarkably fast and highly productivr. Since I value excellence I have been hosting with Mocha fir a decade. 5 stars is an underdtatement.
