Fast, honest support that found the real problem
My site suddenly slowed right down, so I contacted support. They responded quickly and, importantly, were completely honest — instead of just blaming my account, they actually checked my resource usage and confirmed it was within normal limits. They then identified the real cause (server-wide disk pressure) and escalated it straight to their infrastructure team with a ticket reference, saying they'd keep me updated by ticket and email. I really appreciated the transparency and the clear communication. It's reassuring when a host takes ownership of a server-side issue rather than pointing the finger back at the customer. The response time and diagnosis were excellent — just hoping for a quick fix now that it's escalated.
