This company is extremely dishonest
This company is extremely dishonest. They claim to be Catholic while being a pagan cult. I purchased an “icon” before I knew this and requested to merely return the item for a refund. They have refused point blank. DONT give them your business. DONT give them your money. Reached out to customer support and had absolutely no help. It should be only fair to return an item in its original condition and receive a refund. I don’t want that stuff in my house! I just wanted to give it back and receive my money back. Worst online shopping experience I’ve had in over 8 years.

The icon won’t be delivered for several more weeks, but I have always experienced prompt and efficient service from Monastery Icons and I have very pleased with everything I have bought from them.
My experience started out a bit frustrating because of the 2 different discount codes -the original email said it was SALE65, which was deemed not valid when I entered it in my purchase. On the actual warehouse clearance page, it was listed as SAVE65, which I ultimately used and all was fine. Just a bit of detective work, and when my initial discount wasn't valid, I was going to not make a purchase at all. But I appreciate these sales-they often occur when I need a gift. So thank you!

Wonderful Fragrances
Package arrived in a timely manner. Opened one roll of Charcoal Tablets (from the middle of the box) which were all broken; we'll see about the others, but I'm not hopeful as the others will have been less protected from breakage. The most important of our order are the Monastery Incense which are wonderful. We wanted the Sampler (844) however they were out of stock. Instead we purchased the Choice Assortment (845) with four of the most popular fragrances. We will be reordering and hopefully the Sampler will be restocked.
Quality icons. Customer service is top-notch. It would have been amazing if you could have merged my 2nd order into my 1st order to avoid additional shipping charges, since it was just one more icon to add to the box with the other 9 I just purchased 24 hours earlier. You live, and you learn.

My orders have started coming more regularly now in January. I was ordering a fair amount of icon prints when the sale started. It was very irregular throughout December as could be expected. It is far better in January.

Horrible Experience
A complete scam. And on top of this horrible experience, after 1 month of trying to get help a person called me and said they’re a priest, and argued with me. I left so many messages with their call center and emailed them and never heard back. They sold me a crucifix and said it was hand crafted and suitable for an alter. It was made in China by a resign mold. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
