I purchased some Battlax S22 tires and a battery. Great prices and fast shipping! I was wondering if they had any brake reservoir socks since I had purchased one a few years ago. I didn't open the packaging for the tires, I simply dropped them off at the dealership with my bike. When I finally got my tires installed and my bike back, I noticed a MotoMummy brake reservoir sock was on! That made me grin from ear to ear. Great service!
They took the time to go thru what I wanted and help select the exhaust that would fit with the passages rear pegs on. This was an unforeseen detail that showed their knowledge and save me a headache later. Love these guys.
Motomummy always went above and beyond to make sure I was always satisfied with my order.
Great product
Ordered a Austin Racing exhaust system. Delivery was over a month past date promised upon purchase. No follow up or information provided unless I initiated contact
MotoMummy had great customer service and feedback. Always keep me up to date on my order and responded to my emails in a respectable amount of time and quality. Which is both hard to come by. Would highly recommend them.
Good prices. Good parts
Huge let down when it come to after sales support.
The Austin Racing exhaust for my 2020 R1 was delayed a month due to the order not being submitted to Austin Racing. I only discovered this by having to contact Austin Racing directly in order to obtain a response for an order update when MotoMummy wouldn't respond. I did receive a free Austin Racing sweatshirt because of this mishap, but the delay and lack of communication soured my purchasing experience.
Bought a Evotech gas cap. Great price on the gas cap as well. Order was fulfilled and shipped out very quickly. Arrived on my doorstep sooner than expected. Item was packaged very well. Overall, a very happy customer.
cheap price quick shipping what more could you ask for
Fast shipping and excellent communication!
Product came in exactly as I expected and everything worked great. Highly recommend ordering from motomummy.
Moto Mummy provided excellent pricing and fast shipping on the 12oclocklabs product I purchased. The product worked exactly as advertised, very pleased.
Great to deal with as usual, good communication in regards delay from supplier, top outfit to deal with!
The best prices on hard to find sprockets. Free shipping and excellent communication. I purchased Driven rear sprockets for a Marchesini and Marvic wheel. The best part is not having to call and explain what I need, MotoMummy conveniently has them listed online.
MM is the only place that gets my business when it comes to chain and sprocket kits!! My sprocket was backordered but they let me know and emailed me when they sent it out. Highly recommended!!
Danny Was Helpful and great to deal with. Thanks for all the help
