This service is an absolute joke! I have used numerous times before and always had excellent speedy service but this latest order has been nothing but problems. I placed my order on Wednesday and have had numerous issues. Customer service is nonexistent, no one has offered any apology for the inconvenience caused and I have had to start more live chats than I can count. My order was only partially completed and it has taken days of me chasing to get any update. In the end I have given up and am pursuing a refund. Incredibly disappointing from a once loyal customer that this service seems to have gone rapidly downhill and I will not bother in the future.

Impressed with a service like this for the first time! Great fast, reliable, reputable, they back up the commitment they make, they are extremely customer oriented and my complicated order was handled with extreme ease! All I had to do was watch while they did their magic. It took 4 entries to prepare the bps and they kept the same lobby and switch personel like a surgeon and it surprised me the dedication to which they go to. And the price is the best price. Not just for bulk items but for mixing and matching and calculations. I ordered about 10 blueprints and from registering to receiving to less than 5 minutes! They gave me 1 wrong blue print on accident and I saw it later and ysed live chat. Within 2 minutes of live chat with Sherry (very very nice) I was in a lobby and the blueprint was given to me. I believe they game me 2 extra bps as well on accident. I asked to pay for them but they did not want more money.

Took about half an hour for them to visit my island, images on the website are broken now (?) so it might look sus but i chatted to customer service asking about wait times and they got back to me no problem, got my items, all good. been using this service for about 5 years now
