I wanted to sell 1 million EA FC coins; I provided my account details, and they transferred approximately 300k—just enough to stay below the $20 USD minimum withdrawal threshold.
After that, they stopped transferring coins, leaving me down 300k coins and stuck with $19 USD in "fictitious" credit on their scam website.
Im mydgn’s user for more than 5 years and its the first time Im having a very big problem with them.I chose USDT (Tether) for my withdrawal and sent 160$ to a wallet for exchange but mydgn didn't give me the Transaction hash of the withdrawal and to exchange the money I need that!
I mailed for more than 4 times and mydgn didn't responce,added manu_mydgn in discord (as its mentioned in the website as the support assistance) they didn't accept my friend request
I opened ticket 2 times and its been 5 days they didn't answer my ticket

High USDT Minimum Threshold: The minimum withdrawal limit for USDT (Tether) is set at $100, which is far too high for many users. Please consider lowering this minimum amount.
Unreasonable LTC Fees: The withdrawal fee for Litecoin (LTC) is currently 12.50. Everyone in the crypto space knows that LTC network fees are natively just a few cents. Charging 12.50 for an LTC payout is way too high and makes no sense.
If you reduce the USDT minimum withdrawal limit and lower the LTC fee to a realistic rate, this platform would easily be a 10/10. Please look into this!

they transferred about 75k only and it took took them 2 days to do that
i contacted them and they replied to me the day after but they still didn't fix the issue.
