I called the number advertised on TV and on a flyer in the mail to take advantage of a special “deal” on 1 ounce of Gold (American Eagle). It was a good introductory price. However after explaining to the “Gold” salesman that I wanted to purchase the introductory coin, the salesman droned on about buying 4 1/10 ounce coins for $10,000. I explained I wasn’t interested and only wanted the one ounce coin. When he continued trying to sell me coins I didn’t want I told him I didn’t appreciate his pressure sales tactic and that I could do better at APMEX he hung up on me. I will never buy a single precious metal from this outfit.
Everything was explained and I received the coins with no issues

I experienced Interactions with Multiple Levels of Personell ( my brother did as well). All were Fantastic! I'm NOT "a major Player, but I was made to feel Great about my purchase! I just received my American gold eagle and it’s in great shape. I threw it on a sigma machine and it came back with a perfect score. Angie sold me the coin for well below spot and even threw in a silver piece on top. I would recommend anyone take the same deal that I got.

I was first introduced to Nationwide through their gold at cost offer. Since then I have had extensive dealings with this company and have always been very pleased. Recently we did have an issue over the value of one collection but it was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction by Mr. Don Fogo. They truly are a company of professionals. My support is 100%.

Unexpectedly received a stunning proof 1oz gold eagle for a remarkable price. I am very satisfied with this coin, my only bad thought is the unusually large plastic case it came in, while attracive, just too big for a small coin.

BAIT AND SWITCH! They sent me a flyer by mail offering a 1oz AGE for $4700 (with spot value being $5000 at the time the letter was printed). (Received in the mail advertisement Saturday Afternoon). The letter said that the offer is valid for 30 days and that they have 24/7 phone agents to place the order. When I called them immediately after receiving the letter, their automated system said no agents are available and to leave a message. I did, never got a call the following day so I had to call back yet again Sunday afternoon. I finally got ahold of an agent who said "Oh, we're closed, you'll have to call back tomorrow to place the order." I did, and then the agent claimed that since the price of gold went up $150/oz, the maximum he could honor was $200 under spot. (As opposed to $300 under spot like the letter originally offered me).
I feel as if they purposely delayed this process and baited me in to offer me a worse deal. During times of extreme volatility where gold has been fluctuating up to $500 per day, it is not worth it.
They gave me no option to order directly from their website using the offer code.
