Ordered a replacement laptop battery which due to my own poor planning I had to cancel. Company couldn't have been more helpful. Responded to my email and refunded my payment without quibble and within 24 hours. Would certainly use them again.

After having a bad experience with a Chinese supplier in the past I was a bit undecided about buying from another but I needn`t have worried. My battery came in about a week and fitted perfectly. I would have given 5 stars if some information had been included such as what was the small piece of insulating type material for and how to disconnect the battery from the computer( it`s an odd connection if you don`t know and just try to pull it)

easy to find the right part, Company also checks they are sending the correct item, by good communication. Reasonably priced, and even though they are in China, quite a good delivery time. Afterwards, a check all happy, and even an offer to pay any customs charges, but the were not any. Very good experience, and would use again.
