I had problems from getting my data to work. I contacted customer support and told them I couldn’t use it.
Easy to use and a good price
Easy to use, and a lot cheaper than EE my regular provider. Would recommend Nomad for sure.
Very easy to set up the eSIM
Very easy to set up the eSIM, only issue I had was I turned the eSIM on to early so I had that and primary running which slowed the internet down but once one was off no issues at all. Easy to make bookings and stay in touch.
This was brilliant
This was brilliant. I had to make numerous calls to the hospital that my mother ended up in while I was away. Also I could watch the tv programmes I wanted to watch without worrying how much it would cost while I was away. And then when my flight was cancelled - twice in one day - and I had to stay an extra night I could get online and phone/book my hotel without having to go on the airport WiFi - which was pretty useless ! What a relief/godsend my nomad sim was ! 😅 🤩

All the services you said you would…
All the services you said you would provide worked perfectly. Only thing that for me did not work was that I took a month starting in the Netherlands after a week I went to Italy. To have services there I had to buy again a month service for Europe. Now I know I need to take a region when doing multi destination. Worked perfectly then in 6 different country in Europe.

Because the plan does not include calls…
Because the plan does not include calls there was some setting issue and virtual sim didn't activad for first time properly in Turkey and during setting of physical anf virtual sims data was used from physical sim as well for a while and it caused high bill of data transfer from provider of the physical sim.

Very easy to use and the data worked at all times when we were in Morocco with no slowing down. Will definately use this e sim again when we go away. Great value as well.

No service or reception in major tourist areas of Mexico (Cancun, Playa del Carmen). Terrible.
Will try another eSim provider next time
My US number was assigned to a Caribbean island and that impacted my ability to receive secured business data while traveling. Phone service was also not always predictable even when in good cell areas.
