This isn't my first time using Nomad eSIM. I was very surprised by how poor the experience was this time. In the cities I mainly traveled to, Brussels and Berlin, the data was extremely unstable, making it almost impossible to check information in real time or make calls. This added to the inconvenience of my trip, and I was very disappointed. My trip is still ongoing, and I hope things can improve.

I had no problem to connect. I used it for traveling purposes (maps, messages, etc) The internet was good.
I've been using Nomad for a few years now and it's been great. They always seem to have reasonably priced plans wherever I'm travelling, which makes it really convenient. Their customer service is also excellent. When I was in Bali, I ran out of data and had an issue getting my top-up to work. I contacted support and they sorted it out quickly with no hassle. Overall, it's been a reliable service and I'd definitely recommend it.
This was horrible the worst eSIM ever it work one day and that was it when I return back home it had data I want a refund

It was a simple process to acquire and set up the eSIM. I used it during my trip to Europe and didn't have any issues with the coverage. I definitely would recommend Nomad.

I went to many cities including big ones like Beijing and Shenyang and small towns and remote areas. It worked all fine. No problem scanning WeChat for spending money and contact friends etc. I can also check Gmail and Facebook etc. will use again

Most of the time good connection. Changing between different providers in different countries worked flawless.
Ghetto. I struggle to get 5g. When trying to get help from customer support, they repeat the questions over and over instead of helping the issue at hand and then send general apologies for not helping. Ridiculous. If you are traveling and needing reliable service, I would recommend finding a safer option.
