Not Received

I had to follow up 3 weeks after I made the purchase, it had not been sent. Then I received word it was coming to me after I followed up. Yesterday I received a notification it was delivered. I checked and it’s not here. I have other packages delivering fine. I emailed the company and haven’t heard back.

Purchased and paid for an item on…

Update: I emailed them and they responded right away. And less than a week they arrived. The best part is I absolutely love them. Great quality and totally worth the price. I will order from Northshire again soon. Guess a little glitch on the back end. But great customer service! Original story: Purchased and paid for an item on December 22,2023 and never got anything from them - no confirmation email - nothing. But was charged for the item. Just sent an email waiting for a response.

Great items …

After contacting them I got the email that order was indeed submitted. Product came in shipped well and looks great. Plan on painting them Gold though personal touch for my decor.

Fabulous from beginning to end

Fabulous from beginning to end! Ordering was easy, communication was exceptional, our stove arrived beautifully packed in a crate quickly direct from Turkey. The stove itself is high quality and we are pleased with our purchase. Would definitely buy again from Northshire.

Customer Service…easy to work with. We had an issue with UPS destroying the package and losing the hardware. One email and I already have the replacement hardware in hand!!

Product is just as represented. Only issue is that when I placed my order, I received no email or text confirming order and no information for shipping/tracking. I posted comment on fb page and was very quickly responded to and issue was resolved. Bravo!
