I was leary buying from FB, but I got the birds. And LOVE them! Packing was really good, real solid and came with nice thick nails to hang. They are gorgeous especially on our colored walls. A must buy

Long shipping time with no hardware included.
It took a really long time for my package to arrive. The website is set up to make it seem you are purchasing something made in the US, but in reality the products are made and shipped from Turkey. The package did not include the necessary hardware to unite the two halves of the wall art and after several messages to customer service I am told the hardware is now being sent. So I must wait even longer to enjoy my purchase.

I placed my order on June 27th, which has not shipped yet. It’s been over a week and no movement on my order. Sent Northshire a message on status, no response. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Hi Tina, thanks for your review, which means a lot to us. As I write you in our email conversation we have shipped your order out but for some reason, it is returning to us. Usually, this happens only when the recipient is not available during delivery or when the carrier can not reach the recipient. We are investigating the issue and will keep you posted.

This company sent my order to the wrong…
This company sent my order to the wrong address and sent me a “delivery” message as if the package had been delivered to my home. This company has not met it promise of delivery and when I complained, sent another package which may take forever or never to receive. At this point, I really just want my money back but I can’t find that option on the menu!

I was a little nervous in placing my order and having concerns about the product being legit. The Phoenix is a beautifully handcrafted piece of artwork. In tracking my order, I had seen a shipping label was created. It took longer than expected to arrive, as I had not received any further communication about the item being shipped. I was both excited and relieved when it had arrived, exactly as pictured and described. I absolutely love this on my family room wall.
