inconvenient website design & functionality
I don't like having to upload photos of a check. Other online pharmacies allow for credit card payments which is so much easier. I also don't like that I can't upload the script to my account for convenience or ordering refills. Its just a very cumbersome website.

Because there was a tighter timeframe on the expiration date of my medication the pharmacy called to confirm that I would still like to refill my prescription. I appreciated the extra consderation.

Always a good product wherever it comes from. Nice people. I have spoke to them. Despite ongoing trade tariffs they have been able to provide my medication for my cat 🐈 ❤️

When I requested some authorized invoices, they were sent quickly, including the one revision that was needed. Northwest is a very reputable company. Orders are completed quickly.

Pretty seamless customer service phone numbers, excellent website. Too many marketing emails about misc. drugs, but we absolutely have to have them for certain medications that are too pricey here in the US, even if covered by our Medicare Part D insurance.

The prices are much lower than the cost…
The prices are much lower than the cost in the US, even with insurance. The customer service is great, the ordering and payment processes are very easy.
