Numlookup is a pure scam!
I'm not sure how Numlookup can possibly have 4+ stars. I typed in a number then I was prompted with a message saying my report is ready but in order to access it I have to enroll for $1 five days trial which I did. Only to find out that the report was empty.
Not "Free" service
I've been using this website or a couple of years now. It started off fine (completely free), however now the name is masked and it states due to limitations on searches. I use it maybe once or twice a month and not on the same day. Typical hook and bait. Stop advertising "free" when it really isn't, annoying.

Inaccurate info. Gives me info on s number that's not in service, invalid email addresses when trying to find an old friend.

They say you can cancel. I haven't been able to speak with anyone. There is supposed to be a link at the top of their website. NO LINK. Call customer service and there is no one to speak with. This is a scam if I eve saw one.

These people USED to be wonderful!
These people USED to be wonderful! They claim to be free, but this has changed lately. Now they won't even give you the phone type or carrier without signing up for a paid plan. Getting the actual name was always iffy, but I could deal with that. Now that they've cut out the other details, it's false advertising to claim they are free at all. Very disappointed. Had trusted them for a long time.

What’s wrong? I used two of my own numbers and neither of them found my name. Both cell numbers have been under my name for over two decades. See anything wrong with this picture? NumLookUp is fraudulent. Period. They only want your money.
Service was lacking
I look up numbers every day for business. I had a problem with the service I contacted the company three times by email since you can't talk to a human. I never got a response. I canceled the service. The accuracy of the service was average.

I tried to call and cancel my ride, but no one answered. I texted the driver, her name is either Johanna Jaramill or Marta Jaramillo and she was very rude. This was unprofessional, and I wish I could share screenshots of our conversation.
