Trying to contact to a human to resolve this leads to minimum 1/2 hour wait while you endlessly repeatedly type your info to someone and have been disconnected twice. I tried to get them to correct the information that they were publishing about my own mother and her brother(my uncle). They published that they were married to each other and that my uncle was widowed (he never married). They insist they rely on public records and if they are in error, they will still keep the errors. I mean, I know who my mother is and my father from whom she is divorced and I have known her and my uncle my entire life..yet they do not correct the facts.. On another subject, they confused two people with the same name and will not correct that either. PLUS so much of their info is outdated.
