Definitely the weirdest experience I have had in a long time. Through this service I was able to confirm I was actually being 'catfished' by someone on the other side of the country. From first discovering this person was sending me photos found on the web (through google) and blocking the numbers provided to my by that person (this site reported them as high risk for spam), when the person called me from her actual cellphone, this site provided me with loads of data about her which allowed me to confront her (with the data from this site and my finds from google). She was upset that I would not continue to communicate with her but also saddened that I found out who she was. I may never know what her end game was but this service helped bring a quick close to an unusual situation.

When I cancelled my subscription, I noticed on their FAQ page, they claim that refunds are a “case by case basis.” I emailed to see if I would be getting a refund for my subscription that I cancelled and didn’t use. In response, I was told that because I cancelled my account, I couldn’t speak to anyone in customer service. I tried again and received the same response so I had to file a dispute with my bank. After filing the dispute, I finally got a response from BeenVerified and a refund, along with a lecture about how I should’ve somehow known that they were going to charge me $32 automatically a month later because I paid $1 for 7 days of access. I would’ve have never paid for that if I knew up front that it would auto renew for $32. I shouldn’t have to read any sort of “fine print” to know about that???? Unnecessary and annoyingly stressful.

I got scammed by this company please be careful. Was on a $49.99 per month plan. Wanted to downgrade and was offered a $14.99 plan when I did so. Soon as I did this my account was instantly downgraded so l lost all the reports I had paid for. I wrote to support for help and to ask to get the $49.99 refunded. Their response to this was to cancel my account completely, keep my money and then ghost me. Be warned of these people.

I called through their company phone number to cancel within the seven day trial period and they’ve been charging me 3499 a month for 20 months for total $700. They have stolen from me.
