Very pleased with their services.
I’ll be honest, I’m probably the least technical person in our office, so I might not explain this the way the rest of the team would. But since I’m the one writing this, I’ll do my best to translate what everyone’s been saying about NxtGen Security.
Our team is actually pretty technical, especially when it comes to systems and IT, so they had a lot of input during the process. NxtGen came in to handle our access control systems and also worked on our cybersecurity setup. From what I’ve been hearing internally, everything they implemented is solid, well-structured, and done the right way.
From my perspective, I just notice that everything works better. Access points are smoother, no more random issues with entry, and everything feels more controlled and consistent. The team mentioned that the systems are now more integrated and easier to manage on their end, which was a big deal for them.
On the cybersecurity side, I can’t pretend I fully understand it—but the people here who do have been very happy. I’ve heard comments about better visibility, stronger protections, and overall cleaner setup. Which, for me, translates to: things are running how they should, and there’s a lot more confidence in the system.
What stood out to me personally is that even though I’m not technical, NxtGen didn’t make it feel overwhelming. They handled everything, explained things in a way I could at least follow, and clearly knew what they were doing.
So while I might not be the one to break down all the technical details, I can say this: our technical team is impressed, and from the overall office perspective, everything feels more secure, more reliable, and just better run since working with this company.

Give credit where credit is due!
Not usually someone who leaves reviews, but figured this one was worth mentioning. Our office has seen plenty of security companies come and go over the years and nextgen has honestly been one of the more put-together ones. The people they send are normal, easy to talk to, and actually seem like they care about doing the job right.
It’s one of those companies where you can tell there’s some real thought behind how they run things instead of just filling a shift and calling it security. Just wanted to share the observation and give them credit for that. Props to the opps!
Nxtgen security stood out immediately because of their management. They were involved, responsive, and clearly running things with intention. That alone puts them ahead of most security companies around.
My opinion; What really separates them is how interactive they are. This is the most engaged and communicative organization we have worked with to date. Nothing felt distant or disconnected, they were always checking in with their officers and us on a daily basis, and were always on it- in terms of everyone from their end hitting all points.. super noticeable.
Anyone who has dealt with security companies knows how unpredictable the quality can be. Nextgen is far from that, trust me!
You guys are unmatched... Thank you team.

Great company
NxtGen Security has become a really positive part of the business I work at. Over time, you genuinely become friends with the officers. They blend in incredibly well with the staff and it feels like they're a part of the community - not just outside security. They know the routines, the people, and the environment, which makes everything feel smooth and safe. Overall, they've built real relationships while still prioritizing safety. That balance makes a big difference day to day.

A lot of care goes into how this…
A lot of care goes into how this company operates. From what I’ve noticed, site check ins are a big part of what they do, with supervisors consistently making sure employees are performing at their best and clients are well taken care of. They communicate often and stay actively involved. This company is absolutely worth it, definitely a higher end security company, and it shows. The employees are excellent and always on top of their duties and responsibilities.
Wasn’t sure what to expect, but NxtGen really came through. The process wasn’t drawn out or complicated. They just got things going fast, but at a very professional level with everything which we appreciated. The guards they sent over were on point, detail oriented, and didn’t need hand holding. Compared to others we’ve dealt with, it’s been a noticeable upgrade... Killing the game!

This company is fantastic
This company is fantastic! The guards at our facility are amazing people who truly brighten my day. I love talking with them, and they always go the extra mile to help out. The professionalism from the NxtGen team is unmatched. Thank you, guys!!
I recently had the pleasure of working with NxtGen Security for both video surveillance and security guard services at my company in Boston, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and reliability.
From the start, the team at NxtGen was easy to work with, taking the time to understand our unique security needs. Their communication was clear and timely, and they offered tailored solutions that perfectly fit our requirements. The video surveillance system they installed has provided us with peace of mind, offering high-quality, reliable coverage of our premises.
In addition to the surveillance setup, their security guards have been a great asset. They are well-trained, professional, and adaptable to various environments. What stood out to me was the range of uniform options available, allowing us to choose the right look for our specific event and office needs. Whether it’s a formal corporate setting or a more casual event, NxtGen’s guards are well-presented and suited to the occasion.
Overall, NxtGen Security has been a fantastic partner for our security needs. Their professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to safety make them a top choice for any business looking for comprehensive security solutions. I highly recommend them.

Next gen security is a highly organized…
Next gen security is a highly organized security company that I felt prioritized the safety of myself and those around me. These men gave the impression of extensive military background and while a newer company, they carried themselves like a 20 year old established company. Uniforms were crisp also with a lasting impression on their logo.

NxtGen safe-guarded my summer social
Loved having NxtGen at my social event in the summer, I hired them for two more in the fall - most recently, my Halloween party! They were able to adapt to each event uniquely, comprehensively, and made the whole process easy for me. The owners are so personable, and you can tell they critically care about bringing top-notch security teams to you to maximize your safety and (in my case with social events) the fun. Highly recommend NxtGen and their team!
