Outstanding Product and Customer Service
I ordered three cast aluminum decorative tiles and didn’t realize they came in two colors. I inadvertently ordered one that was a different color than the other two. I was immediately contacted to verify if this was what I intended. Most companies would just ship without checking, wouldn’t they?
My tiles arrived quickly, all in the color I wanted, and were more beautiful than pictured. My tiles were well packaged to avoid damage.
I will definitely order from them again!

product was like it showed
product was like it showed, but quality was sub-standard. little pressure placed on it caused it to snapped the product in half,( while putting the n,s,w,and e together, the w and e snapped in half). But it was fixable which my husband managed to do by screwing it into place on the pipe provided and since he was placing the whole unit upon his flag pole top, no one can see the screws inserted into the product from the front. maybe product can be designed to take more pressure so this will not happen to others. outside the whole thing looks great sitting upon his flag pole instead of the traditional gold or silver ball or eagle. So sorry you had trouble with your weathervane. In the event of having trouble with a product, it is always a good idea to contact the reseller so they can be aware of any possible issue. We will have this item replaced. Please keep in mind that the weathervanes are intended for "a rooftop installation" as in the product description.
