Oak Park has exceptional products and customer service. I had an issue with a light that I ordered from Arroyo Craftsmen (not Oak Park's fault), and Oak Park's customer service team did everything possible to make it right. They were lightning-fast with responses, and worked to find a solution that I was happy with. The other four items I ordered had no problems, shipped quickly, and was easy to track the whole shipping lifecycle via Shopify.
I will be an Oak Park customer for a long time!
Customer interface was smooth and friendly. They wee able to contact a craftman to refinish an 18 year of address plaque which was returned to me looking better that the original. Good service.
This print by Yoshiko Yamamoto is absolutely gorgeous! I saw it posted online and ordered it that day.
It arrived safe and sound in a timely manner.

They go the extra Mile!
I had been looking for quite some time for a particular knob and found it on the website of Oak Park. I contacted them directly to ask information about availability and shipping given that we were in California and they were in Florida. We had a tight timeline and Joseph was outstanding and ensuring the product got to us before our deadline . Exceptional customer service we would highly recommend them.

Emtek F13 Lockbox
Your associate, Joseph, was very helpful. He contacted me almost immediately after I placed the order for the Emtek F13 mortise lockbox, just to make sure if the item I had purchased worked with my door handle set. I got the shipment, and the lockbox works perfectly. Thanks.
My experience with this seller was 100% POSITIVE.
I was placing an order on-line and was offered (without my requesting it) assiatance and advice by one of their sales reps.
Once placed, the order arrived sooner than expected.
Very much looking forward to doing business with this group again!!!!!
Recently received second part of my order. THANK YOU FOR INSTRUCTION SHEET! Otherwise I wouldn't have figured out correct installation to make it flush with wall.
We love the new address tiles that Oak Park put together for us. They are bright, and colorful and add a nice touch of uniqueness to our home that looks like all of the others in our neighborhood!
The address tiles we received were beautiful. We don't have them up yet or I would post a picture. Oak Park communicated well, the packaging prevented any damage in shipping and the price was excellent.
Great staff. Helpful and available with insight, suggestions, taste, and referrals. And a terrific inventory.

Beautiful Work
I received my framed Motawi Tiles in less than the 2-week window that was promised, just in time for my birthday. The package was very carefully packed and arrived damage-free.
The 3 tiles were beautiful, and the frame was a perfect fit. The stain was lovely, a great match for my dining room. The frame makes all the difference.
This piece is a lovely work of art and the first thing anyone notices when they walk in my door.
