Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Choices for ceramic house numbers are few but very nice. The hamsa with white lotus flower end pieces are gorgeous. The option to have the pieces put together for you is IMO expensive and it is easily done by purchaser with emailed directions. Overall I absolutely love my purchase and have a few friends looking to purchase these.

Very well made, exceptionally sturdy - and Made in USA! Works well in our Craftsman style kitchen for hanging antique utensils.

Good overall experience - end to end
The product we bought ( mail box) was better than expected, excellent quality and a fair price point. I had to contact customer service on a getting an extra key and they were very responsive. Joseph was a delight to work with.
Lighthouse sign
The Lighthouse sign was so much smaller than the picture on line, very disappointing. You should post the dimensions of it, so people would know the size of it. I will not send it back because you did make it with my number on it.

Gary: We are sorry you are not happy with your address plaque. Please note that this review system is a service review rather than a product review. All plaque dimensions, as well as type font dimensions are displayed with every plaque just below the item picture. There is a larger version of this plaque available if your would like us to replace the one you had initially ordered. It is 7" x 17". You would be credited for the first plaque on a reorder. It is shown here: https://www.oakparkhome-hardware.com/collections/all/products/5141-lighthouse-vertical-grande-wall-address-plaque-1-line
Once again, wonderful
This is not the first time I have ordered from Oak Park. They make beautiful laser-cut registers. We have oil rubbed bronze, white and stainless finishes for different parts of our home. Love them.

I bought a new mailbox because mail is being stolen and I wanted the locking flap so mail could go in but not out. I received the box and discovered the slot for mail is so wide I can still put my hand in it and take out mail. This mailbox is an expensive mistake.

Hello Yvonne. If you are not happy with your item, it is returnable. The mailbox size you had ordered has a locking flap to also accommodate small packages. Please let us know if you would like to return your item. Please be advised that this review system is a "service review" rather than a product review. Thank you.
