Multiple times I have ordered from this site. Products look like their available. The package comes without certain items and no notification is given. I have to ask for a refund. I wish this company would go through there inventory.

I ordered 9 items but only recieved 1. I tried talking to customer service but no response. I am probably going to have to get chargeback with my bank. Edit: I was given a refund pretty fast actually. I was being impatient. But yeah, alot of the items were actually out of stock

My experience of choosing Obujo, was a curious one. I had bought other journalling products before, but this brand in particular, hit the mark. The quality of the sheets, the actual designs are definitely outstanding. I can't wait to start my journalling adventures , using the fine products.
Missing items.
What I received looks good but there were about six items missing from my order. One of these was substituted.

Slow Delivery Time and no replies to emails
I ordered stuff but it didn't get shipped out for a week. I've sent the first email asking about the shipment 5 days after placing the order but to receive no reply, I then asked them a second time a week after placing the order which then my order has been shipped out but there was still no reply to my queries. My products still came in good condition but I feel that the customer service is quite disappointing.

Not great customer service
Two items from my order were not delivered. They were the items that were not available on other journalling supplies websites I am familiar with, so I’ve decided to try Obujo. The prices were a bit on the high side, but that did not deter me as I really wanted the products. Out of my entire shipment, the two sticker sets that I was most interested in were not delivered. I contacted customer service and they promised to send me one of the missing items right away and refund me on the other one which has sold out while I was waiting for the shipment. As yet, there is no refund and no notification that the missing item has been shipped. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping at this website ever again.
