Trusted survey site and Prompt service rectification

I have been a member of OPINIONWORLD for many years and I have enjoyed participating in the surveys and redeeming points for gift vouchers. Recently I encountered some difficulties logging in / changing password. I sent a request help message through the website and I received a reply email the next day. Within another day the issue was resolved. I am impressed by the prompt and efficient service I received to help me through my login difficulty.

I had been using Opinion World for some time now. Recently, when I want to redeem my rewards, I was told to verify myself before I can redeem. However, for whatever reasons, my verification was not successful. As such, I am no longer able to log in. I have about S$60 still to redeem. But Opionion World has suspendend my account.

Amazing!!!!!!

Surveys

OpinionWorld surveys are easy and relevant for me. Though, there are occasions when some surveys are repetitions of previous ones. However, due to time restrictions, I am unable to complete all surveys sent. Probably surveys sent fortnightly would be practical for me.
