When my Order was delivered, it was 3/4 open with one package inside totally open and 6 of the Earth Day dog tags were missing. I order often from your company and this has never happened before. I called customer service, told them what happened and was told another package of the dog tags will be shipped out. I appreciate that gesture and will continue to order from you.

It came a very late almost past the party. Half of the chocolates were unwrapped and unusable.Will never, never order the chocolate coins again! I would never recommend your chocolate coin product again. While I was happy with most of your products this one fell so very very short.

Beware of their "Fun Rewards" Program
I have been a long-time, loyal customer but I will never order from them again. Somehow I was signed up for "Fun Rewards." I have no idea what this is but Oriental Trading has been charging my credit card for $14.95 per month for the last six months. Partially my fault for not noticing this charge on my card. They will not refund my account in spite of the fact that I have spent thousands of dollars on their site. Not only do I order from them for personal parties, but I have been ordering from them for years for parties at my place of employment and these were not small orders. I feel like this was a shady move on the part of this company. They will never get another penny from me.
