I ordered from Oriental Trading Company for years and was very satisfied. NOW, forget it. Since they've begun using SpeedX for shipping, it's a crap shoot on whether you will receive your order. If you do receive it, it'll be about 3 to 4 weeks after the initial date stated.
Beware. This company will sign you up for a "Fun Rewards+" program which will charge your card $16.95 a month. When I went on their website, I could not find where or how to cancel from the Oriental Trading Company Website. Reported to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge. Called the OTC customer service who transferred me to Fun Rewards customer service and cancelled the program. Reported to BBB, and I am not the only one who had this automatic charge issue.
I ordered some gift bags that I needed for a party. They never came. I called them and hey said they would over night the bags, and they never came! Do not trust this site with anything important! My original order says it is still on its way that is a week AFTER it was supposed to be here! Very disappointed!
Nobody does it better than Oriental Trading Co! My favorite, the Cardboard Cutouts, are Amazing! From pale to dark skin, detail is there that is so hard for others to get right. The grandkids love seeing themselves and talking to them and having their picture taken with them! Boys and girls alike! And you'll never find better pricing. These are their best kept secret!

I have ordered for years and their customer service was great. Recently after receiving a late shipment all I got was a dismissive email and a return label (which I didn't ask for) and if course No apology no coupon. The least they could dp was to wave the return shipping. For 3 days it said it woukd arrive on time. It arrived 3 days after. Disappointing
Recently ordered "in Loving Memory" button for Mom's memorial...upon receipt.. Mom's face with "Manuel Martinez" name below image 🤬🥹 Was immediately brought to attenti on on retrieval from mailbox. Was assured by Oriental..could correct and replace prior to service....DID NOT HAPPEN, DID NOT SHIP AND DID NOT RECEIVE 🥹🥲😭..The service was Beautiful without THAT extra Personal touch... I placed an order. The items were a lot smaller than depicted and they sent a double order which charge me twice. I tried to tell them that they were sending two orders. They kept telling me that no the charges were gonna drop off. They were just pending. they charge my account twice. I'll never do business with them again horrible customer service.
Was excited to order graduation thing from them. Ordered through one of many emails that said free shipping. Charged me $6.99 to ship 30 small pieces of paper. Contacted customer service- was told they couldn’t adjust it. That is a lie. Will never order with them again 😡😡
My order was never delivered! They canceled my original order and replaced it with a second order and they lied the order was never processed! Customer service gave me the run around! Horrible company!

WARNING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!! This is my last order from Oriental Trading!! I'll try out literally ANY other company & I'm willing to pay more at this point because any potential savings is NOT worth the aggravation. I needed my order for TONIGHT'S Girl Scout meeting and ordered enough in advance to have it on time. My last 2 OT orders (1 last month and 1 this month) have been both delayed and downright AWFUL!! They are using a delivery company called SpeedX!! Do NOT believe their lying name. NOT only are they slow but they LIE!! They said they attempted to deliver my package on Thursday, 4/9 & when I track the package their site states, "Attempted Delivery: No access." I have a 2 lane driveway with CLEAR access to my front door. I receive Amazon, USPS, Walmart, Target and other deliveries without incident AND I have a ring cam. No attempt was EVER made!! I can accept a delayed package for whatever reason but do NOT lie to me and say you attempted to deliver when you clearly did NOT!! When you reach out to them you get AI & this is their response. "I apologize for the inconvenience regarding your package. The current status indicates that it is scheduled for redelivery, but I do not have specific information on the exact date of the next delivery attempt. Since you mentioned that your address is correct, I will need to delegate this issue to the appropriate assistant to handle it further. Please hold on for a moment." No one ever came on line... I'm literally STILL waiting for an "appropriate assistant" So the bottom line is I will NOT have my items for tonight's meeting and now I have to run all over town to get what I need. This is a Thanks for NOTHING Oriental Trading AND your delivery company that should be called SlowerThan💩X!!
OTC Charged my account for "rewards" that I didn't authorize! A desperate measure from a sub standard company. Shame on you! Why?

Bad experience with the timeliness of ordering. It said on website that if you order befor Monday, you would get your order before Easter Sunday. Thats a lie. I was told the 7th when Easter was the 5th. Dont trust them on the shipping lie.
I ordered a wireless HDMI transmitter from this company, as advertised on Facebook. It's been over 6 weeks, and I still have not received the item. When I contacted Customer Service, they told me it was delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company. If I were you, I wouldn't order from this company.
Don’t trust this company it signs you ups for a membership that changes you I ended up buying things for my nephew for his v day party thing I was only buying the product not signing up for a membership I end up getting charged today 3/5/2026 for 16.95 won’t be back using them
Made an order for a conference of some cut outs for superheroes and Gotham and they had mold and mildew all over them and they would not return them because it was over 30 days. It's crazy that they send products out with mold and mildew see photos.
I ordered coloring books/crayons in January. Paid in full w/debit card. On 2/4 my card was debited $16.95 recurring charge for the "fun rewards program" that I DID NOT sign up for. I have bought from this company for years and always satisfied w/prices and products, but this just really irritated me. Customer service was nice and helpful once contacted, but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not sure I will ever be ordering from here again.
