The best bone broth! I love the turkey broth - it really does taste like thanksgiving in a cup. I have tried others and they don’t compare with the complexity of flavors in Osso Good. Packaging keeps the broth frozen right to your door and the delivery arrives when it’s supposed to. 5 stars!
Better packaging needed. I ordered a variety pack of six broths I took two out of the box and placed in my refrigerator to defrost. The next day I had broth everywhere. What a mess. Both bags had rips and broth leaked out. One rip on the back side and the second just below the spout. In looking at my remaining four, one other has a slit in it. I'm not even sure if it's safe to drink since it's been compromised Have you had similar feedback? I'm now nervous to take out another as I'm not sure of the best way to defrost it. If I put in a bowl and it leaks it would come in contact with the outside packaging. Any suggestions? Any chance of getting replacements? I really am looking for an easy solution and tasty solution for my bone broth needs. Thank you
Hi Janet, I'm so sorry for the mess it's caused. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of you. Tears don't happen often, but do occur. When thawing your broths place it in a bowl standing upright just in case... these things typically occur in bunches within the same order. We believe because of that, that it's due to the way it's being handled while in transit to you. If the package is mishandled, frozen pouches are banging into each other causing some of the tearing. Either way, we'll take care of you and want you to get and enjoy what you paid for.

I’ve ordered twice from this company now, both large orders, and each time, items have arrived well packed, insulated, and in perfect condition. Broths are good quality, use very well sourced ingredients, and taste exceptional for bone broth. The soups are also very good and have delicious flavor, which for me is saying a lot because I’m not a big soup person, especially carrot or squash.

Great taste; comes frozen and ready to stick in your freezer. These taste awesome and I feel good when I drink them. My ONLY negative for me is how long it took to get my order once I places it. I do understand it's perishable and they must have to make as they receive orders but it took 2 weeks to get my order, so if you plan on placing an order and want to get started, order right away.

Love this product! Every one I've tried is fabulous! I have been struggling terribly for years with Hashimotos and asthma unable to get through the day because of exhaustion and overall not feeling well. I have been a customer since March and in 3 months I've lost 25lbs and have been able to start walking and enjoying life again. Truly a life changing product. I have been seeing my pulmonologist every 3 months for over 2 years with minimal to no improvement each visit. This last visit he could not believe the difference in me.
I was pretty scared to try bone broth but Osso Good is excellent and very drinkable. I like the chicken a little more than beef (the chicken reminds you of chicken noodle soup!) but they are both very good. I have done the bone broth smoothies and the bulletproof bone broth and both make upping my health game easy to drink!
