Better packaging needed
Better packaging needed. I ordered a variety pack of six broths I took two out of the box and placed in my refrigerator to defrost. The next day I had broth everywhere. What a mess. Both bags had rips and broth leaked out. One rip on the back side and the second just below the spout. In looking at my remaining four, one other has a slit in it. I'm not even sure if it's safe to drink since it's been compromised Have you had similar feedback? I'm now nervous to take out another as I'm not sure of the best way to defrost it. If I put in a bowl and it leaks it would come in contact with the outside packaging. Any suggestions? Any chance of getting replacements? I really am looking for an easy solution and tasty solution for my bone broth needs. Thank you
