I ordered in early July and got notice of shipment July 7. It is July 21 and still nothing but a review of product email. I still haven't received the products so I went and ordered and received others thru Amazon. The communication on fulfillment has been bad and I ordered them for a trip but they didn't make it. I have old Ottocast devices with a dongle and they worked well so I wanted the smaller ones. It I knew they would take as long as they did for fulfillment I would never have ordered them.

I bought this as it was an upgrade from my previous wireless Apple CarPlay but it would not work properly it kept freezing and nothing really worked with it so I threw it in the glove box and forgot about it

I keep on having to unplug and re-plug my Ottocast just so it can connect to my phone. This happens while using my android phone.

When it decides to work there is a 1 second delay. But most of the time i am stuck in the screen where it shows how to pair my phone, at the same time my phone is paired with bluetooth and wifi. 2/5 times it connects straight away, othertimes I need to unplug and plug it back in and cross fingers it will connect

The unit does not work with my truck…
The unit does not work with my truck (2018). Not worth the cost or the time it took to ship.
No sound comes out and I have tried to connect the unit multiple times.
Would not recommend.

update: this company now has emailed me trying to sell me a "better product" for more money of course..... this is a scam business that shiuld be shut down as they are selling inferior products then trying to upsell what they claim to be better. ridiculous and terrible business. Bought the ottocast play2video its absolutely trash. been arguing with the business as they sold some cheap Chinese garbage then want to force the buyer to pay return shipping to China is how they force you to keep it. dont ever do business with this company absolutely sleezeball everything you've every heard about a company and its bad customer service terrible hardware this is it. Refused to refund its a joke dont buy from them. Have filed bbb complaints as well.

It works 95% of the time. Sometimes you have unplug it and reset it, then it works fine.

Over all a good device but it does disconnect a lot or have trouble connecting for a short period of time when the car is turn on.
