I thought I purchased the lightest unit. I was delivered the box and opened the box today. I got the #4. I wonder why I didn't get the #5 which is the lightest. Please call me about this matter. My # is 4802509331. Person who waited on me was Cassie. I gound out that the #4 is lighted. I'm happy!

Cami and Tami very helpful,caring people. I am disappointed with the product. Less than 10mo old and two repairs. Had to do a quick exchange for a 100/yr that can’t wait for your repair. Hopefully the reconditioned unit will out preform the new one. Will let you know. Thanks Bill

I have always had excellent service from everyone who has helped me with my oxygen needs. The transactions have each been handled very professionally and quickly.
