Just beginning the process with them and thus far I am thrilled with their attitude. I am most pleased that I will be dealing with one representative throughout this process. I like that best because I won’t feel like I have to explain myself over and over. This is embarrassing enough.
I might have been a little bit too far gone for help. But I don't like the idea of letting them continue to get delinquent to use as a leverage strategy on getting a cheap resolution.

After hesitation and research, I reached out to Pacific Debt Relief to start my journey of getting finances back on track. John Murphy was so nice and patient while collecting my information and explaining everything in detail. Then the welcome call from Jill was like talking to a dear friend. It's easy to tell she loves helping people and enjoys her job. Even the emails are easy to understand, collecting my statements was easy enough and the few I'm missing should be mailing a hard copy.
