I had dealt with 2 companies earlier that took my money and did nothing but ruin my credit. Pacific was concerned with me and very open and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and sincere in all of the interactions I had with them. They were in contact more in 2 days than the other ones had been in months
The representative walked me through everything that will happen. There were no surprises or hidden fees. Everything is up front and easy to understand. Most of all they were kind

The staff at Pacific Debt Relief, especially Jill Arrington, took the time to explain the whole process, describe all the options available, and after we signed up, followed up with me every month with updates on the progress of our account. We had no issues and everything went as planned. In the end, we saved roughly 50% of the credit card bill and when you factor in the Pacific Debt Relief fee, we were still financially ahead of the original credit card bill.
