Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review, Tara. We know how deeply meaningful it is to capture the memory of a beloved pet, and we are truly honored that you trusted us to create this handmade custom painting of your four dogs. Hearing that the portrait met your expectations and brought you joy means the world to our team. We hope this piece brings you comfort and serves as a beautiful tribute to the special bond you share with all of your furry family members.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jay. We take the authenticity of our artwork very seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this situation. We want to reassure you that your portrait was indeed 100% hand-painted using authentic Oil paints . We never use acrylics, or hybrid techniques when an Oil painting is ordered. Texture, sheen, and smell can vary depending on the paint brand and layering techniques. Once a painting leaves the studio, it is remotely impossible to definitively prove or disprove the medium used through email photos or messaging alone - which is why our support team could not provide physical documentation or lab-style proof after the fact. That said, we sincerely apologize that our customer support responses felt scripted and unhelpful when you asked for clarity. That is not the level of service we aim to deliver. Because we stand behind our work and want every customer to be fully confident in what they receive, we offered to either repaint the artwork from scratch or issue a full refund upon return. That offer still stands, of course, and our team will reach out to you again with further details, please check your inbox.
