The painting was ok...the pricing went south quickly.
The painting was ok. Its these charges that turned me off. The painting itself $385, then there was charged for shipping, then a charge for express... then the charge for framing, then to top it off... the sales tax for whatever state you live... so a painting went from $385 to well over $620. Totally not what I expected when using this company. Certainly will not recommend this to any of my business partners, family, and friends. I wish I could cancel this order and get back all my monies and go else where

They listened to what I wanted done, when my mom and dad opened the box on their 52nd anniversary, my mom cried so hard. We did not have a family photo and my sister had past away, so the painting was extremely emotional and special for my parents. Thank you for such a wonderful job!

Took too long to respond
Took too long to respond, and then would not adjust to my satisfaction. Felt like I was working with AI, and no one person wanted to fix the issues.
Ordered on 4-14-26; it is 4-29-26 now, and I am still waiting on someone to help fix this disaster.

My husband got a painting made for me…
My husband got a painting made for me with my daughter, mom and grandma. He said he replied multiple times back that I didn’t look like myself nor did my grandma. They never fixed the issue. He paid a lot of money for it and didn’t even want to give it to me because of how bad it looked. Truely disappointed because my grandma never got to meet my baby girl and it would have been a great keepsake. It was the thought that counted. I wish the changes were made that he sent in.
