I used them for 10 days while visiting family in usa. Really good customer care team and great experience from drop off to pick up. Location was great and drop off service to Airport was very convenient. Very competitive rate.
I really loved the service. Quick and was easy. Was met and greeted and shown my allocated spot and also was shown video access of my car parked safely. So didn’t have to worry about my car on my trip.
I am thrilled to share my experience with Parkeasy, the outstanding parking service provider. I recently used their services for 17 days and I must say, they surpassed my expectations. From the moment I made my booking, Parkeasy kept me updated on my car's progress and ensured that I was fully informed throughout the process. As this was my first time using their service, I was initially hesitant, but their professionalism and attention to detail quickly put me at ease. The location I booked was conveniently located right next to the Heathrow airport, making my travel experience stress-free and convenient. Upon dropping my car off, the Parkeasy team even went the extra mile to drop me off to the airport as I was running late. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a lasting impression on me. Overall, I cannot recommend Parkeasy enough. Their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and convenient location make them a top choice for anyone in need of parking near Heathrow airport. To the team at Parkeasy, keep up the fantastic work - you have certainly earned my trust and loyalty. Thank you for making my travel experience smooth and hassle-free.
