I’ve used the Pelipals BFF level subscription for a few months and I can’t say enough what a great deal it is, the value is far above the $9.99 a month, and the customer service by email or text has been fast and effective any time I had an issue with orders or changing addresses, especially Tabitha who seems to have personally dealt with a lot of my questions, always with a positive outcome :) thank you!

Photos sent to wrong person. They have the same Name as my LO but completely different inmate facility. I have double checked my addresses I put in and Pelipost sent to the wrong place and now im receiving mail from random inmates. Absolutely disgusting

The prices are great and the delivery is fast. The service is great and so are the people there in customer service. Tabitha M. was very helpful with my question and solved my issue. I wouldn't order photos for my daughter anywhere else.
