When you change a customer's…
When you change a customer's address,which then delays delivery of product, then deny doing it when customer complains, makes it difficult to want to order from you again. When given a street address, don't change it to a route number.

Terrible Smell
Delivery and price were as expected, I have no complaint regarding that. The product, however smells like cat pee. It is so bad I had to wash it off immediately after using. I am saddened by this as I thought I had found a place to get my favorite hard to find scents.
