Very hard to return, try to guilt you into keeping items, promise partial refund when you don’t return it and don’t follow through on it
Be aware
They say they support returns but then cost is cost prohibitive. They want to charge $25 for a $50 return. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they told me they would give me a 10% refund and when I was still unhappy they said they would give me a 20% refund. I don't think they should be selling in the US if they are making you return it to a different country.

This company is scamming Chicbyallyb, I had ordered from Pink Laura thinking it was legit and never got an updates on my order so I did some research and found out its a scam company, I sent multiple emails asking for a cancelation on my order and they wouldn't do it until I sent them a screen shot of chicbyallyb Instagram page and they immediately refunded me.

Two separate email addresses tried to get me to not cancel then they stopped responding 2 days later they shipped the package anyway and said I couldn't have a refund. SCAM. Update The package was delivered today and the products are of a better quality than expected which was a surprise. However the sizing is completely off and too small. Updated to 2 stars mainly due to the horrendous communication

I placed an order for 2 shirts on February 9, 2024. I received my order yesterday (March 28, 2024). I had to go through PayPal to get any response from customer service after I tried multiple times to get an update on the order. Once they said the order had shipped, the tracking number and carrier information they sent me did not work at all. All of this is extremely unfortunate as the quality of the shirts was wonderful. I will not order from them again due to the length of shipping time and lack of customer service.

I have to say I ordered from them about a week ago. After I ordered from them I went online and seen all the scary comments about people not getting there stuff. So I reached out to them and said I wanted a refund and order cancelled. She talked with me tried to let me know there has been alot of bad reviews that were.fake.and.to please give them a try. I was to worried and just asked for my money back and 2 days later I was reambersed. Customer service replied fast every email. So I give them 4 stars for that. Bc if it was a complete scam they wouldn't of given me my money back.
Pleasantly surprised by my experience
Pleasantly surprised by my experience. Was expecting the worst from these reviews. Clothes cam only a fortnight after ordering and they are pretty much what I paid for. Material slightly different than I was expecting but not unhappy at all. The sizing is pretty accurate too. Truly weird that so many bad experiences by other ppl but I got lucky.

I ordered as the add popped up on Social media but it was a legging and shirt set. I ordered blindly and then saw the reviews and grew concerned. I was stunned shipping was quick and that the product ordered was as seen online. The quality was actually better. I gave four stars cause it was pricy and probably can find cheaper elsewhere.
