I order all the time from Pizza Hut. I ordered tavern pizza which states crispy and square. It does not say think crust at all. I spent $30.00 on pizza that was hard and I could not eat because I had all my teeth pulled. I called to ask them about it, and the reply was sorry can’t help you, you will have to make another order. I WILL NEVER order from Pizza Hut ever again now.
My food is always hot and fresh. The employees are very friendly.

This 1 star review is because of the new reward system at Pizxa Hut. What a joke, they should have just done away with rewards. Instead we are insulted by telling us this new program is better. Im calling BS. 3,000 points for a pizza? I wont be ordering pizza hut any time soon.
We ended up with a couple of pizzas that didn't meet our standards. I spoke with Bill, the manager about it. He was very good on the phone about it. We agreed that they'll make another order and offered to personally look after me with a credit and assurance that he'll keep a watchful eye on my next order and speak with his cooking staff. Visited Pizza Hut Harlow Essex Edinburgh Way today and ordered 4 pizzas to take away - the base and crust was hard and very chewy, not edible. We used to get a free side salad but was told we had to pay £4.99 for takeaway salads! Won’t be back. See ya!

" . the pizza was hot , fresh & delicious. amazing dine in experience. they treated us like family. no good deed should go unrewarded. please extend my sincere gratitude to the gm mr. I’m a DoorDasher and I wanted to share what happened to me at one of their locations at Mount Vernon, Ohio because it was one of the most unprofessional situations I’ve dealt with, and I’m hoping others might have advice or similar stories. I completed a cash-on-delivery order, collected the cash from the customer as required, and then went to the Pizza Hut to collect the roughly thirty dollars the store owed me since DoorDash deducts that amount from my pay. At the drive-thru the manager asked for my DoorDash ID three times and completely ignored me when I tried to explain that I didn’t have one. Another employee had to step in and explain to her that Dashers don’t have that. She then told me to pull into the parking lot and she would come out in a minute. I waited over twenty minutes and when I went back through the drive-thru a middle-aged woman rudely told me they were closed without even suggesting I come back the next day. The next day I returned and spoke with the manager. She called me persistent or consistent and gave me her phone number, asking me to text her screenshots of the order price, my full name, and the support chat. I sent everything she asked for and she told me to delete her number afterward. She said she would handle it, but according to staff she stayed on the phone for over an hour. When I came back later she saw me and immediately went back to hide in her office. I ended up waiting a very long time across both visits, well over two hours total for something that should have taken just a few minutes. When I asked the staff if I could speak with her or get corporate’s number because she wasn’t coming out, they kept saying she was working on it. One of the employees, along with the same middle-aged woman from the night before, started yelling at me to be patient and said I was lucky the manager wasn’t coming out. Eventually a staff member came out holding a phone and showed me an email that was supposed to be sent to DoorDash. The manager had been trying to print it but couldn’t do it right, so they showed it on the phone instead. The email was very short and had my name spelled wrong even though I had texted it to her earlier. I was then told I was banned from the store for harassing the employees. I had already told the manager twice that DoorDash support confirmed the store was responsible for paying me, but she still tried to email DoorDash about it. The manager never once came out to speak with me or deliver the ban herself. I was not yelling, cursing, or taking anything out on the staff. I was visibly frustrated after spending hours waiting, but I stayed polite the entire time and just kept asking to resolve the issue. I contacted the district supervisor about everything. His investigation basically amounted to calling the store, and they of course said they did nothing wrong. It was only after I followed up with corporate and specifically asked them to properly ban me that they finally did it. Before that, I was still receiving delivery offers from the store. Shortly after the district supervisor instructed the manager on how to blacklist a Dasher, she reported to DoorDash that I was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I never received the thirty dollars I was owed and had to absorb the loss myself.

I was fast on the first review. A very patient person helped me get the situation resolved. The back up pizza was fantastic. Apologies the Hut website was at fault. After updating my phone number over a year ago the website changed it in on part but left the old number in another causing the confusion.

Loved the food being going there for many years with family , mates & other people. The salad is great, gives customers (in my opinion) a great option of salad options (although I always go for a bowl of sweetcorn or cucumber or the Doritos) Pizza in my opinion is incredible especially the thick crust classic pizza 😍😍with I had all the time until I found out that I wa gluten free !! Gluten free pizza is still good but not the best it does takes like paper and it takes a while to cut the pizza. The staff are always friendly in my opinion always welcoming Great drinks option from non alcoholic drinks to boozey drinks I have constantly gone bc over the years and it is one of my restaurants to go to
I'm at the Lawrence Pizza Hut location picking up in mobile order and this employee Mike was very friendly to me i to see more employees like him thank you for the great experience
