Seems they’ve closed down
Been a member for a few years which we’ve seen some good shows
All of a sudden out the blue we could no longer renew our membership
1st time this happened they gave us a extra 6months for free,
Once that expired we had the same problem as previously,
Link to renew membership isn’t working.
Emailed several times but nothing back,
After doing a google search on the company I found a announcement on a there website page saying thanks to all the members over the years and had closed down and along with all its accounts,
Would have been nice if they could have told its members,
Luckily for me I only had £10 left in my account so no real loss

Still awaiting a response and a refund
Despite having money in my account, I was unable to renew membership and all emails to query that were ignored. My membership has now lapsed. The website contact form is broken (I tried again today) and they still have the money left in my account. I would love to know what on earth is going on and I'd really like to get my money back.
This is especially disappointing as my initial experience when I joined a few years ago was good.

zero communication. Disappointing
My membership lapsed by a few days. Tried to renew but this required contacting PbP by sending an email message. Several attempts resulted in nothing. No response at all. I have given up on them. Two stars for old times sake.

A waste of money
I was a member of PBP years ago when they first came to London. In 2009 I switched to Audience Club, which had a lower annual fee. Last July I thought I'd give BPB another go. The fee has been reduced from £75 to £45, so less to lose.
In the seven months that I've been a member, I have seen zero shows with PBP. There's barely anything on offer (often just one or two shows), and all of them are also available on Audience Club, ShowFilmFirst, Central Tickets, etc. A very poor selection and no unique offers. Producers clearly prefer other papering organisations.
For comparison, I have seen nine shows with Audience Club in this amount of time. Seeing number 10 this week, which of course is not available on PBP.
This has been a waste of money.
Oh, and yes, they do have a 14-day cancellation policy (presumably because that's the cooling off period required by consumer law), but that's not enough time to decide whether the subscription is worth it.
