This is our second time visiting, and we absolutely love this place! It’s the perfect combination of relaxation and fun for the whole family — a truly wonderful way to recharge and make great memories together. I’d especially like to thank the fantastic customer service team, and in particular Maryse Tainha, who was exceptionally accommodating, attentive, and helpful.
We live at Playitas. Yesterday we drove a trip to the southern part of Fuerteventura. A nice trip. More and more green plants appear. Helped by the locals. On the way home we visited Playita's branch in LaPared. A quiet oasis - tucked away from the noise and bustle. We were shown around the site and lunch was taken in the Pool bar. Lovely food and professionally served by the sweet and smiling Elsa. And thanks for the coffee. After that we went home to our Playitas - and at home we were received by Servicedriver/BellBoy, Kliti, who immediately offered us transport to Blok 7, floor 5 - and we thereby saved at least 150 steps. Thanks Kliti. You are always so helpful. This time too we have enjoyed our stay at Playitas. A very well-functioning resort. Skilled, inspiring trainers who make you want to give it full gas. We had the opportunity to participate in sports versions new to us, e.g. in Julia Van Kaldekerken's lessons. Not an eye was dry - and our training clothes were completely soaked. Thank you Julia. And last – but not least – we love the staff in the entire center and the food in the restaurant is so exciting – that the kilos we're trying to lose through exercise rush in behind the waist belt when we visit the restaurant.
Bad service. Everything are Delayed all the time.
We just returned from a great week at Playitas Resort on Fuerteventura in one of the Villa's .. the upscale accommodation to hotel and apparthotel. The Villa is great. New, clean well maintained ... only one negative, the pool pump and heat pump is too noisy and is loud in one of the bathrooms. The golf course is challenging, but great :-) First time playing it is worse, but next rounds are much better when you now the course. The Olympic Pool is great, and generally all the sports facilities. This is a true sports resorts of high standards. However, the sports booking is slow and with long queues. The staff is doing a great job, but the IT booking system is slooow. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the local two in one Spanish and Italian restaurant. And also the weather was good :-) The wifi however was about the poorest I ever experienced .. throughout the whole resort. In many places there was actually coverage, but either the service was not connected when signing in ... or it disconnected extremely frequently. It was useless. The resort knows this. Same problem last year ... but still not fixed.
