PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The order I received was cream instead of white and the fabric looked completely different to the picture shown. The company refuse to refund me only offering compensation of £5.00 as a solution to my dissatisfaction and suggesting I could give it away to someone as it is of good quality. Their refund policy clearly states that they will refund if you are not happy with the item but refuse to provide details of a return address.
If only I could give this company 0 stars, I certainly would. 2 items ordered, 2 incorrect items delivered and yes over a month later! I have tried to communicate with them but they will not admit to sending the wrong items, despite photographic evidence to the contrary. They offered me a laughable £6 for the unhappiness I felt, but no wouldn’t facilitate a return or a refund. They also added an extra £10 tax which had never been mentioned before.
Unable to return item i did not like the fit of. Ignore what they have in their return policy, it seems they will only refund if the item is faulty. Had a dialogue over several days to ascertain this which was annoying.
I stupidly ordered from this company without doing my usual checks. After numerous delivery emails I finally received my items. The quality was dreadful and the fabric did not match the description and was completely transparent. Despite numerous requests for their return information I was fobbed off with requests for photos and then offered £4 'compensation' but still no address. Do not use this company. Note to self - quit late night shopping!
Do not order from this company. Overcharged. Outfit is poor quality and terrible fit. They are refusing to refund item or even give an option to do this.
Absolute scam.
I also have ordered from this company and noticed an overpayment on my bank statement of £11! I have emailed them asking for an immediate refund and have been ignored. I have not received my clothes as yet but keep getting shipping updates. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I stupidly ordered clothing without my normal due diligence doh !!!
I paid and immediately spotted they had charged me £6.12 more than the purchase receipt which was not a good sign…so within 19 minutes of the order I cancelled
They emailed the next day and apologised for the error and asked me to change my mind about cancelling. When I said NO they stated it was too late to cancel as the order was shipped ….. yeah right !!! ( their T&Cs state once shipped you can’t cancel so that is how they get around not cancelling)
As I paid on PayPal I raised a dispute and did get the overpayment back which was @ 20% of the true price…. Imagine the money they make from overcharging at this rate ???
So as yet no goods …. I am getting shipping updates but regardless of how the goods turn out…. they are total cowboys ….
