Lupe was amazing!! I had lots of questions about the process and getting the shipment on time for our event and she answered all my questions. Lupe made sure my shipment would be on time- she went above and beyond to make sure it did. When UPS told me that my shipment would arrive after the event I contacted Lupe and she got right to work with her people and she made it happen! I told her she deserves a raise. She cared enough to make sure I got what I needed on time! I cannot thank her enough for the time she spent with me to make sure my shipment arrived when I needed it and everyone LOVED the tote bags!
