I have had Pumpkin Pet Insurance for a year and recently renewed for a second year. The representatives are all very knowledgeable and patient. The turn around for patient for a claim is incredibly fast and goes directly they ibto your bank account. A must purchase! You will be forever happy you did!
At first I was iffy about keeping the insurance because of a few denied claims but after our dog had to have back to back emergency surgeries and they approved of them within 2 hours made me realize that it was worth the investment to keep the plan.
It took them way too long for reimbursement, I waited 6 months before they decided to pay me and then it was after I said I was cancelling the insurance
